Preparation

S Vegeta Smoked adds a new dimension of flavor to your dishes. Marinate meat, vegetables, tofu, season fish for sushi, or add it to stews and goulashes. For the taste of real grilling, rub the mixture onto the meat before roasting in the oven or on the skillet. For an even richer flavor, season the dish with the mixture towards the end of cooking or roasting. One teaspoon (4 g) is enough to season 250 ml of soup, or 250 g of meat, vegetables, or rice.
