Tuna in onion sauce
As homage to Portuguese cuisine we would like to present a very simple tuna dish, ready to serve in just 50 minutes. We recommend serving with fado and a glass of wine, ideal for open spaces (terraces or balconies).

Ingredients
Great tip: Choose the ingredients you already have and find out which ones you're missing. Let that help you decide what to cook.
Preparation
-
Fry chopped onion and tomato in olive oil.
-
Add apple vinegar and Vegeta and stew for about 10 minutes. When the onion is tender add Gussnel dissolved in a little water and wine.
-
Sprinkle a few drops of lemon juice over the tuna steaks, add salt, pepper and brown each side in oil for about 5 minutes.
Advice
Instead of tuna fish you can use bonitol.
Serving
Place done tuna steaks on heated plate, pour over with onion sauce and serve with cooked rice as side dish.
