Cooked Dumplings
Have you heard of a belief that in China there used to be so many different dishes that even if every meal in a year would be different they would suffice throughout the year? Believe it or not, try preparing cooked dumplings.

Preparation
From flour and water make a harder dough. Divide it into 3 to 4 smaller pieces and let them stand covered for about 10 minutes. Slice the fresh cabbage into thin strips, put it into boiling water, cook for a minute, and then drain. Mix the minced meat with prepared cabbage, ginger, Vegeta, soy sauce and chopped spring onions. Mix well the prepared mixture. Every piece of dough form into a roll, and then cut it into smaller pieces. Every small piece of dough roll thin with a rolling-pin over a floured board into a small circle. On each piece of dough place a teaspoon of prepared stuffing, and coat the edges with battered egg and bring together to form a small bag. Prepared dumpling put in the boiling water and cook for 15 – 20 minutes.
