Preparation

  1. On heated oil fry chopped onions, add garlic, crushed peeled tomatoes, wine, sugar and a spoon of Vegeta and sauté for 10 minutes.
  2. Stir in squid rings, shrimps and mussels and keep sautéing for another 10-15 minutes.
  3. Pour the sauce over cooked pasta, sprinkle it with chopped basil and serve.

Advice

If you want the pasta to blend better with the sauce, add it to the sauce before it is completely done along with a bit of liquid it was cooking in.
